Fermentation Class

This is an interactive pickling workshop led by Master Food Preservers from OSU extension, where you will gain the knowledge and confidence to ferment vegetables safely at home! We will explore the science, equipment, and best practices behind fermentation. Participants will watch a demonstration on making sauerkraut and then follow along and make a batch of pickles to bring home.
