Renewable Energy for America Program

Thanks to grants made available through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and partnership with Spark Northwest, DSWCD is bringing this program to Central Oregon, making access to renewable energy solutions for your farm or rural small business a reality.

Eligible Project Costs
REAP grants can fund up to 25% of total eligible project costs! Eligible costs include equipment, installation, engineering, permits, and licenses. REAP grants cannot cover residential energy projects, pre-application expenses, vehicles, or payment to the applicant.
