Small Grant Project

Small Grant Project

This program is available to private landowners with the assistance of the Deschutes Soil and Water Conservation District and Upper Deschutes Watershed Council.  It is an easy-to-engage-in, competitive grant program that awards up to $15,000 for on-the-ground restoration projects principally carried out on private lands across Oregon. These funds are provided through Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board's (OWEB) small grant program and usually takes 60 days to review and begin implementation.  Grant recipients have two years to complete their project with the available funds.
